Service Provisions

DFLC Luxury Rewards shall provide loyalty membership services including exclusive discounts, special offers, and benefits from our network of partner merchants as defined in the Membership Agreement. The scope of benefits and participating partners may change from time to time based on partnership availability and member demand.

Your membership will be activated once you complete payment of the monthly subscription fee to DFLC Luxury Rewards and shall remain active as long as monthly payments are current and the membership has not been cancelled according to our cancellation policy.

All discounts, special offers, and benefits are subject to partner terms and conditions. Members are fully responsible for reviewing and complying with individual partner requirements and policies when redeeming benefits.

DFLC Luxury Rewards is committed to:

  • Provide access to exclusive discounts and special offers from our partner network throughout your active membership period
  • Maintain a diverse selection of partner merchants across various categories to maximize member value
  • Protect the confidentiality of your personal and payment information during your membership and after cancellation
  • Provide timely customer support for membership-related inquiries and technical issues
  • Send regular updates about new partners, offers, and program benefits

During your membership, any issues concerning service access, partner availability, or billing that are not covered in this policy shall be addressed through our customer support team.

Payment

Subscription Fee: Monthly membership fees shall be charged automatically to your designated payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer) as specified during enrollment.

Billing Cycle: Your membership fee will be charged monthly on the same date you initially subscribed. Lure Force will provide payment receipts and VAT invoices upon request.

Third-Party Costs: Your membership fee covers access to our discount platform only. Any purchases made with partner merchants are separate transactions between you and the respective partner. DFLC Luxury Rewards is not responsible for partner pricing, shipping costs, or additional fees charged by partners.

Fee Changes: DFLC Luxury Rewards reserves the right to modify membership fees with 30 days advance notice to all active members.

Membership Benefits & Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to our online platform where all current discounts and special offers are displayed. Benefits typically include:

  • Exclusive percentage discounts at partner merchants
  • Special promotional offers not available to the general public
  • Early access to sales and new product launches
  • Member-only events and experiences (when available)

Technical Support: DFLC Luxury Rewards provides technical support for platform access and account issues. We will respond to support requests within 24-48 hours during business days.

Cancellation Policy

Member-Initiated Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer service at info@dflc.vn or through your online account settings
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid the next month’s charge
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months of service

Company-Initiated Cancellation:

  • DFLC Luxury Rewards may terminate memberships for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of partner offers
  • Members will be notified via email at least 7 days before termination when possible
  • Refunds for unused portions of prepaid memberships will be processed within 14 business days

Automatic Renewal:

  • Memberships automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
  • You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings while maintaining access through your current billing period
